The Summer House

Walking into the Summer House at Captain’s Watch feels like an exhale. Designated as a historic property, this house was constructed in 1901 and features 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Our interior design firm’s principal designer was inspired by the rich history of the house itself. Her idea was to incorporate modern functionality while highlighting the existing heritage pieces of the home– from the original amethyst glass doors and the palladian stairwell windows to the original stone fireplaces and true antique glass mirrors.
