York Historical Society Designer Show House | York, ME | 2014
This was a bathroom in an antique shingle-style house on the coast of Maine. It had original fixtures from 1927 in what Kohler referred to as “lavender”. OF COURSE, we kept them and worked with shades of tobacco, tans and whites to complement the color. An over-scaled large sheer stencil of seaweed is layered several times in several colors over a linen textured faux finished wall.
